The location was favourable, to the fitness center and the interior design was modern. Also, this hotel was located 1 mile away from Tiger Kingdom. The room was well furnished and average sized with balconies, just what we needed.

Our stay at Four Seasons was truly incredible! The private pool villa we were upgraded to was absolutely stunning, with a 10-meter long pool and comfortable outdoor seating. We also appreciated the free shuttle to downtown Chiang Mai, making it convenient to explore the city. we had a truly relaxing and luxurious experience at Four Seasons.

During my stay at the luxurious Four Seasons Resort, I experienced exceptional service. When my wife had an accident, the Director of Rooms, Mustafa Khalil, personally rushed her to receive medical attention and the hotel staff went above and beyond to support us during this difficult time. The Italian Restaurant even prepared a special meal for my wife, showing their attentiveness and care. The spacious and well-designed room, along with the attentive staff, made for a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful experience and felt truly taken care of.

As young people, we absolutely loved the infinity pool and wild garden view from our Poolvilla. The peaceful atmosphere and effective room service made our stay even more enjoyable. The 6-course Candlelight dinner on our terrace was a memorable highlight. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The resort's beautiful gardens and restaurants facing the lake added to the overall charm.
